The hotel location is very convenient with restaurants directly behind the hotel serving everything from tacos, barbecue, vegetarian and healthy food choices. Fine dining and live music directly behind the hotel. Kendra Austin was extremely professional and helpful. If you’re there, ask her for recommendations on anything you need in the area.

My friend and I booked this hotel for a conference, as it was much more affordable than the designated conference hotels. Overall, it was a solid stay. The free breakfast was a definite highlight, with hot options like scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and there was plenty of parking available. The room was fairly basic, but the bed was comfortable, and I slept well each night. However, soundproofing was lacking — I could clearly hear both traffic outside and footsteps in the hallway. The TV lacked streaming options, and there was no in-room safe, which may be a drawback for some. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels, though the shower knob was loose, even if the shower itself worked fine. The fitness center was adequate, though both treadmills were out of order during my stay. Thankfully, the elliptical worked. In all, a decent value stay with friendly service and a great location, even if a few amenities and maintenance items could use some improvement.

Catching up late on my reviews but wanted to make sure I posted this one. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt from October 10th through October 14th, 2025, and I want to recognize Natasha, the housekeeper who took care of our room. She brought great energy every day, always warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The room was spotless and perfectly kept throughout our stay, and it was clear she takes real pride in her work. People like Natasha make a hotel stay feel welcoming and cared for. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasure!

Kianna was exceptionally kind and accommodating during our stay. We loved how great the staff were, especially with holding our luggage and making the check in process smooth! The breakfasts were nice to have and rooms were clean. The location for the price was nice for our travel needs. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but overall it was a positive experience.

We loved our stay here! Restaurants within walking distance and just 10 short minutes from downtown. The breakfast was awesome and I enjoyed the pool. The snack area was a bonus and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

No ice on second floor (machine was off). Rooms, bathrooms and general updating would be an excellent idea. Kind staff and accommodating to Vanderbilt patients. Clean rooms just outdated. Very nice gym. No microwaves.

We stay here a lot since I have appointments at Vandy Hospital a lot. It’s Dated and could use a paint job but it’s convenient and the staff is great. Rooms are clean as is the rest of the hotel. Good value for the money.

Not sure why so critical for the most economical place in the city. Areas worn, sure. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Location was convenient to everything and staff were helpful.
